THE PARK REGULATIONS

The Park Regulations

Rules for access to the paths of the Adventure Park
it's in your interest: read carefully and without haste!

1. Moving from one tree to another, several meters above the ground, takes place under conditions of total autonomy and under its own responsibility. The use of the paths requires concentration and constitutes an activity at risk that implies the respect of some rules and recommendations.

2. Taking into account the specific nature of this activity, you are the guarantor of your security. Each user progresses along the paths autonomously and under his own responsibility. For minors, the accompanying person is the answeree of the present Regulations who must monitor the child from the ground and on sight. Adult and minor must attend the security meeting (Brie¬ng) regardless of the level of knowledge of each user.

3. Being a normal sporting activity, the risks associated with it remain (small wounds, broken nails, excoriations, etc.). The Park Management assumes no responsibility in the event of an accident caused by your negligence or your non-compliance with the safety regulations. It remains agreed between the parties, who must in any case be considered compensation for damages suffered by users of the Park resulting from the accepted risk, meaning the typical risk of sporting activity to which the user of the Park is exposed voluntarily and aware.

4. The entrance pass to the Park's paths gives the user the right to access the acrobatic routes after the waiting shifts have been respected. PPE are delivered for a duration of 1.30 or 2.30 (including Safety Match) depending on the type chosen. Each additional hour started will be tari¬ffata in relation to the tari¬ffario currently in force.

5. The PPE made available to the organization are: helmet, safety belt (low harness), lanyard with carabiners, pulley. PPE should be used according to the safety demonstration (Brieng) and instructions given during the training course. PPE are granted on loan for use. If all or parts of them are lost and / or returned damaged by the user, by signing this form the user agrees to pay a new one to the ARCAS Park manager. To avoid damaging the harness, once it is worn, it is forbidden to smoke and move away from the Park. An identity document must be left at the counter, which will be returned at the same time as the PPE.
6. Each participant must strictly respect the instructions and safety rules set out during the Safety Meeting (Briefing). He will have to point out to the instructor anything that is not clear. Any person who behaves in a dangerous way, putting himself at risk and causing problems to others, will be removed from the Park, without the reimbursement of the fee paid. It is the Security Manager, in agreement with the user or with the parent / companion / adult who has taken the responsibility of the accompanying child, who decides which path the user can attend after the Safety Meeting (Briefing.) In any case, the Management reserves the right to prohibit access to the routes to persons that it considers unsuitable.

7. IT IS OBLIGATORY to remain PERMANENTLY anchored to the safety cable (Life Line) marked with RED signals.

8. Do not hesitate to ask for advice, to communicate your every difficulty, your every doubt, to ask for our intervention at any time. In the event of an accident, do not take initiatives. Park security officers intervene.

Do not wear clothes with laces or strings to avoid any risk. The piercing near the navel should be removed or covered completely by tape (pressure / friction with the seat belt).

10. For the access to the paths it is compulsory to use suitable shoes (for gymnastics or trekking) and to have the hair tied if long. We recommend the use of sportswear and comfortable, which does not limit the freedom of movement on air routes.

15. For security reasons, the Management reserves the right to interrupt the activities in case of adverse weather conditions or other cause not attributable to it. In the event of a storm or other event not dependent on our will (for example in case of a fire), users are obliged, for safety reasons, to get off the routes. The fee will not be reimbursed. If the activity is suspended for weather reasons for more than 30 minutes, a voucher will be issued that will allow the user to recover at another time for the remaining time.
